With summer in full swing, our July hike takes us to another hidden gem in the Tri-Valley area, offering a tranquil route that snakes along the deeply wooded and seasonal Martin Canyon Creek in the city of Dublin's open space network. At the gate where the path merges with Dublin Hills Regional Park, the trail narrows as we continue our shady hike upward along a fern-covered hillside, emerging onto a sunny slope. A short walk from there to the peak will reward our efforts with panoramic views of the surrounding cities and beyond.
