The September Karuna community hike will take us to the beautiful Coyote Hills Regional Park in Fremont. This large park on the edge of the San Francisco Bay is covered in tidal marshes, freshwater, ponds, and rolling grassland hills. We will walk through land inhabited for thousands of years by the Tuibun Ohlone peoples and explore the marshlands and vista views of the bay and surrounding cities.

When: 9am, Sunday, September 20th. 

Distance: About 3-4 miles mostly flat.

Please Bring: Essential – Comfortable walking shoes, water, sweater/ jacket as needed. Temperatures can range from chilly to sunny so bring plenty of layers.

Recommended - A snack, sunscreen, hat, hiking poles if you like to use them
